It's not a mom and pop place, but a mom and son place. What does an Italian mother do when her son, who she has taught to cook classic Italian dishes, tells her that he wants to open a Cajun seafood restaurant? She does what every caring Italian mother would do. She tries to put her Italian influence in the food every day. It might be an ongoing battle, but for those of you who have tried John's or Terry's cooking, you tell us to keep up the good work. Well for now we are just a small Cajun restaurant that makes a little Italian food on the side everyday. You can find John or Terry in the restaurant every day. Please let us know what you think, and if you love the food, please pass the word on.
